Say goodbye to these worries at our event created to help you settle into university life.  

Whether you are the first in your family to come to university or a mature student, come and join members of the Learning Development team for a relaxed day of workshops and meet and greets!

First in family - In UK universities, first in family refers to a student whose parents or guardians have not attended or completed higher education.

Mature Student - In UK higher education, a mature student is typically someone aged 21 or over at the start of their undergraduate course.

11:00am - 10-minute break

11:10am - Introduction to support at Lincoln Bishop University: Learning Development

11:40am - Introduction to support at Lincoln Bishop University: Digital Learning

12:00 noon - Lunch in Refectory

1:00pm - Introduction to support at Lincoln Bishop University: Library and Student Advice & Wellbeing

1:30pm - Logical thinking quiz

2:00pm - Campus tour
